1. Overview
DLFA-555D optical-mechanical-electrical integration trainer is a training system that simulates the process environment of the industrial site, identifies and detects different types of workpieces, and carries out transportation and automatic sorting. Various sensors are widely us ed to detect and identify work pieces , which are then transported through robotic arms and conveyor mechanisms. And the sorting mechanism completes the sorting of the transported workpieces.
The Mechatronics training system adopts modular combination, which is composed of PLC module, frequency converter module, HMI module, power supply module and various sensors, etc. Modules can be flexibly combined, installed and debugged according to training needs.
DLFA-555D mechatronics training equipment provides students with comprehensive automation training, consolidating and flexibly applying all the professional knowledge of mechatronics that students have mastered.
