1.Overview
DLFA-321 PLC control designer training assessment system includes the training of motion control and process control in the mechatronics training teaching. The training system uses Siemens PLC as the controller, and the main station uses Siemens S7-1200 series The host computer and the slave station adopt Siemens S7-1200 series host computer, and Ethernet communication can be used between the master station and the slave station, which contains all the knowledge contained in the vocational skills appraisal of all students.
The motion control module in the mechatronics training system includes automatic feeding unit, transmission unit, manipulator handling unit, and classification storage unit; the process control module includes analog measurement (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) PID adjustment etc.
The mechatronics system adopts an open structure, and the overall mechanical structure can be seen. Students can form different execution systems according to different control schemes and programming, and adapt to different levels of personnel to learn PLC programming and pneumatic circuits.
