1.Overview
Flexible manufacturing system is divided into seven work units: feeding unit, inspection unit, processing unit, assembly unit, robot unit, automated storage unit, and endless conveyor line. Each station of the system is installed on a grooved aluminum plate, and each station can be easily connected together to form an automatic processing production line. The station is composed of various modular forms. The modules are easy to build, disassemble and maintain, and the workstations can be combined at will.
It is one of the industry 4.0 training system used in vocational schools to teach mechatronics as technical teaching equipment supplied by Educational Equipment Manufacturer .
