1. Overview
DLIR-377 industrial robotics is teaching equipment for 1+X “Industrial Robot Operation and Maintenance” and 1+X “Industrial Robot Application Programming” training.
The vocational education equipment consists of the following systems:
FANUC ER-4iA industrial robot, SIEMENS S7-1200PLC, Hikvision industrial vision system (2D), touch screen, RFID reading and writing module, basic operation assessment module, machining automation task unit, intelligent transfer-sorting-palletizing task unit, gift packaging task unit, welding task unit, grinding and polishing task unit, digital twin and industrial gateway, etc.
2. Training Objects
– Installation of industrial robots, teach pendants, and end tools
– Setting of Industrial Robot Parameters
– Operation mode and manual speed of industrial robots, programming instructions, programs, fault diagnosis, and maintenance
– Practical Training in Reading and Recognition of Electrical Drawings
– Pneumatic circuit takeover and electrical wiring
– Learning of detection switches, various sensors, pneumatic components, etc.
– Installation and application of PLC, RFID, and touchscreen
– Robot, touch screen, servo system, and other systems communicate with PLC
– Practical training in various work tasks such as plane drawing and curved surface of industrial robots
– Industrial robot and visual communication training
– Industrial robot handling and palletizing, commemorative coin assembly, machine tool loading and unloading, grinding, welding tasks
– RFID reader communication application programming debugging
