The finals of the Zhejiang Hangzhou Division of the Fifth National Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Skills Competition opened at Zhejiang Hangzhou Technician College on Nov.23th. Wang Fei, Director of the Technical College Management Office of the Department of Vocational Capacity Building of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Director of the Education and Training Department of the China Machinery Industry Federation and other leaders of the hosting, undertaking, guiding and co-organizing units, core experts of the competition, partner companies, and media reporters Attended the opening ceremony. Jiang Zuodong, Chairman of Sino-German Pillar, was invited to attend the opening ceremony as a representative of the cooperative enterprise and took the stage together with relevant leaders to launch the competition.
The system is designed based on the typical application of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing. It is oriented to the functions of digital twin technology in product design, product production and product maintenance. It mainly trains students to use digital twin technology in product design, development and process planning. In all stages of the life cycle, such as production, manufacturing, and after-sales service, through optimized design schemes, virtual commissioning, and data analysis, we can finally achieve efficient production, improve product operation performance, and perform fault prediction and predictive maintenance.
The system includes advanced technologies such as “smart sensors”, “PLC controllers”, “smart electromechanical equipment”, “digital twins”, “smart storage”, and “industrial robots”, which enable students to learn and master the latest knowledge of twin design in intelligent manufacturing with skills.
