1. Overview
DLIM-201 pure water automatic production line system is composed of a filling production and process control unit, logistics palletizing training unit, and three-dimensional storage training device.
The three parts of this production line can complete the production, filling, handling, palletizing, storage, and other work of pure water, completely simulating the working process of an industrial pure water production line.
2. Features
1. Canned production process control training unit
– Adopting a modular structure, each unit can not only work independently but also can be combined into a whole and work in a network.
– Each module has its own programmable controller, and all PLCs can be expanded with auxiliary modules.
– Each module has electrical connection terminals.
– When the pneumatic components are integrated on a module, a flexible hose connection is required to connect with the control valve module.
– The installation platform is equipped with mechanical, electrical, electronic and pneumatic interfaces for the control module.
– The technical equipment adopts a visual control panel, and the operation of each module can be monitored in real-time on the host computer to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2. Logistics palletizing training unit
– Computer control and management are used, and the operation process and information processing are rapid, accurate and timely.
-The main equipment is installed in the form of direct exposure. The equipment can be displayed in front of the students more intuitively, which shortens the transition and adaptation time for students from the classroom to the industrial site.
-Ethernet is used as the main line of the network control system, and the field equipment control layer is used as the auxiliary line.
