June 27, 2023, sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Disabled Persons’ Federation, the 7th National Vocational Skills Competition for the Disabled and the 4th National Disabled Persons Demonstration Festival opened in Jinan, Shandong Province.
The National Vocational Skills Competition for Persons with Disabilities is held every four years and is a national first-class vocational skills competition.
With the theme of “New Era, New Skills, New Dreams”, this year’s competition brought together 950 disabled contestants from all over China to compete on the spot, and the scale hit a new high.
In this year’s competition, high-tech competition items such as network information security, electrical installation, and Internet marketing made their debut.
The new atmosphere of this event conveys new trends in the vocational skills of the disabled, and breeds new hopes for the continuous expansion of the employability and employment prospects of the disabled.
