In September 2021, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the 21st meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization that in the next three years China will build 10 Luban workshops in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries to help countries in need strengthen their Capacity building, improving people’s livelihood and well-being.
In November 2021, according to the deployment of the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, Tianjin Urban Construction Management Vocational and Technical College will undertake the construction task of the Luban Workshop in Tajikistan.
On January 4, 2022, at the critical time point of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tajikistan, our institute and Tajikistan Technical University signed a memorandum of cooperation on the construction of “Tajikistan Luban Workshop”.
In February 2022, when General Secretary Xi Jinping met with President Rahmon of Tajikistan who came to China to attend the Winter Olympics, he proposed to “accelerate the construction of the first Luban workshop in Central Asia in Tajikistan”,

“Tajikistan Luban Workshop” is the first Luban workshop in Central Asia, carrying the attention and expectations of many parties.

The “Tajikistan Luban Workshop” successfully landed and was unveiled smoothly.

“Tajikistan Luban Workshop” will play an important role in cultivating high-quality international technical and technical talents that meet the needs of Tajikistan’s economic and social development, promoting cultural exchanges between China and Tajikistan, and serving the “Belt and Road” initiative.

During the preparation process of the “Tajikistan Luban Workshop” green energy training center, Dolang spared no effort in manpower, material and financial resources, and tried every means to overcome difficulties.
Completed the production, assembly, collection, and acceptance of teaching equipment for the “Tower Workshop” Green Energy Training Center.
