1.Overview
DLZL-DR02 Basic Refrigeration Trainer is designed and developed for the refrigeration and air conditioning professional, various skill training and national vocational skill appraisal departments of colleges and universities. It is applicable to “refrigeration principle and application”, “refrigeration air conditioning technology”, ” Teaching and training requirements for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment maintenance and operation. The device integrates the refrigeration system, the electrical control system and the fault simulation system, and has a reasonable layout and a beautiful appearance.
The DLZL-DR02 Basic Refrigeration Training Equipment is designed for classroom teaching. Students can learn and explore the working principle of split air conditioner. Students will be able to follow the refrigeration cycle, explore the layout and functionality of all major components and controls, and review the installation process. The device is a fully operational unit that includes all the basic components. The refrigeration assembly is clearly placed in a visual manner and mounted on a movable work surface frame. In order to facilitate the control and monitoring of students’ various experiments, special control, instrumentation and transparent observation ports are also provided.
2.Features
The training device can now carry out practical hands-on operation on the electrical control lines listed in the textbooks of Primary Maintenance Electric Refrigeration Technology and Intermediate Maintenance Electrical Technology, so that after the students operate the training, the following skills are improved:
-Familiar with the structure, principle, installation and use of common low-voltage electrical appliances;
-Understand the use of graphical symbols and text symbols in circuit diagrams, and according to the layout of the physical objects,
