1.Overview
The DLZL-CPG01 Compressor troubleshooting training device enables students to practice and improve their capabilities, compressor troubleshooting and troubleshooting techniques. To lay a solid foundation for the future.
2.Features
– The panel of the training equipment includes a disconnect switch and a leakage protection device, an overload protection device, a voltmeter, an ammeter, a current overload relay, a running indicator, a starting capacitor and a running capacitor, which are mounted on the control panel and the graphics of the circuit Indicates that it includes test points for making measurements. When the device is in normal operating mode, students can make current, voltage, and resistance measurements to determine proper operation and proper operating characteristics. The fault can then be introduced and the student can analyze the problem and diagnose the fault.
– Fault system: The teacher can insert up to 16 faults (depending on the type of compressor). For example, faults include open or shorted windings and start windings, open current relay coils, open current relay contacts, thermal overload faults, capacitor startup and operation open or short circuits, poor grounding and undervoltage. Due to these failures, the device will exhibit many symptoms, from being unable to start properly to operating at a lower efficiency.
