The competition is a national first-class competition, organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Zhejiang Province. Sponsored by the People’s Government.

The competition deeply implements the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, promotes the construction of technical and skilled talents in new professional fields during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, enhances the social recognition of new professional practitioners, and promotes employment and entrepreneurship. Give full play to the leading and demonstration role of vocational skills competitions, improve the digital skills of the whole people, cultivate and select more high-quality technical and technical talents, further improve the quality structure of the supply of new professional talents, and provide a strong talent guarantee for accelerating the development of the modern industrial system and promoting high-quality economic development.

The top 5 contestants in each event (the top 3 in the double event) will be awarded the title of “National Technical Expert” after being approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and awarded medals, medals and certificates. There will be one gold medal, one silver medal and one bronze medal for each group in each event of the competition. Prizes will be awarded to players who are not in the top 3 but rank more than 1/2 of the number of participants (teams).
A total of 20 competition items including industrial robot system operators and industrial robot system operation and maintenance personnel were set up in the competition.
