1. Overview
The rail transit simulator can achieve three major module functions: driving experience, driving training, and operation assessment. It is a comprehensive driver training system for rail transit vehicles. The system restores the driver’s operating and scene environment in a 1:1 manner to simulate the driving manipulation, operating characteristics, operating conditions, and audio-visual environment of rail transit vehicles in various operating environments and conditions. The rail transit simulation driving system covers the training and assessment functions of new and active drivers’ operating skills. Users can comprehensively, comprehensively, and systematically master the basic knowledge and theoretical regulations of rail transit vehicles, and quickly build the ability to handle basic vehicle operations, fault emergency handling, abnormal driving, and emergencies.
2. Each Model Introduction
-The Metro Simulator DLGD-DT01
The Metro Simulator is mainly aimed at students of urban rail transit to train or a set of metro effects display system. Through this system, participants can fully understand the operating environment and conventional operating procedures of urban rail transit, handle simple train failures, and improve their rapid response ability to emergencies. The system is convenient and flexible, with low requirements for the venue, and can be quickly installed and used. Suitable for subway visits and exhibitions, as well as primary and intermediate rail transit colleges.
– Full Task Metro Simulator DLGD-DT02
The full task metro simulator is mainly designed for urban rail transit host factories, operating companies, and middle or senior vocational colleges. Through this system, participants can have a deep understanding of the control principles and structural principles of subway trains. By reproducing train operation faults and practical tedious business processes, participants can quickly grasp the working principles of the train and improve their proficiency in business processes. Additionally, targeted skill retraining is conducted through the real-time evaluation function of the system. The system needs to be equipped with a teacher system and trained by a dedicated person to operate normally. Suitable for experienced drivers and passengers, subway operation companies, as well as medium and senior vocational colleges.
– Locomotive Simulator DLGD-JC01
The Locomotive Simulator is a system for simulating the driving environment of trains with speeds below 120km/h. The system mainly simulates locomotive characteristics and handling characteristics according to different types of Electric locomotive, Internal combustion locomotive and dual source locomotives. The system can be externally connected to control cabinets, running gear structures, high-voltage systems, etc. for overall locomotive simulation, and can also provide targeted training on driving skills and fault handling. This system mainly provides comprehensive training for railway bureau level drivers and passengers, as well as professional students from middle and senior vocational colleges.
-High-Speed Train Simulator DLGD-HST02
The HST Simulator aims at the driving environment simulation system of Chinese standard Multiple unit with a speed of 350km/h and centralized power CR300J Multiple unit with a speed of 250km/h and centralized power CR200J with a speed of 160km/h. The vehicle models involved in this system mainly include the CR400AF series, CR400BF series, CRH380 series, CRH5 series, as well as CR200J, CR300J, etc. Customized research and development can also be carried out according to vehicle requirements. This system mainly provides comprehensive training and demonstration visits for drivers and passengers at the railway bureau level, as well as professional students from middle and senior vocational colleges.
-Virtual Reality Simulator DLGD-VR01
Virtual Reality Simulator is divided into desktop and immersion system with glasses simulation system . Through high-precision modeling of the target model, the real driving environment is restored 1:1 through 3D rendering in the computer, and the user controls the train through the mouse, keyboard or external wearable devices. The VR version of the simulated driving system has the characteristics of small space occupation, convenient use, strong immersion, high participation, low cost, and simple maintenance. It is widely used in exhibitions or senior professional training rooms, and can fully reflect the structure and handling characteristics of trains.
