1. Overview
“DLJX-QGT4 fitter skills training platform” is based on the relevant assessment requirements of the national occupational standards, oriented by employment, guided by the basic skills and tasks of fitters, and designing related task topics.
Under the guidance of tasks, train students’ fitter skills such as scribing, chiseling, filing, sawing, and thread processing.
It is suitable for the teaching and skill training of mechanical manufacturing and maintenance majors in higher vocational colleges, vocational colleges, and technical schools, and also suitable for the skill appraisal assessment of vocational training schools, vocational education centers, appraisal stations/institutes, and other related courses.
2. System Composition
– The training platform is designed with four stations, with a symmetrical structure at the center origin, and each station forms a separate space without mutual interference and good confidentiality. It is mainly composed of a training platform, a platform frame, and a protective net. The main frame is welded with square tubes.
– The training platform is made of iron material, the desktop is made of wood, and there is an integral cutting steel plate attached to the desktop to protect the operating table. Place tools and materials, etc.
– The protective net adopts a frame structure, which is compact, firm and beautiful. It can not only play a protective role during training operations but also hang mechanical drawings.
– This fitter bench is equipped with a mating motherboard for each station, which can complete teaching, practice and assessment of square (or V-shaped board), semi-circular heads, triangular heads, and dovetail boards.
– Each station is equipped with a set of assembly and maintenance systems, which includes a synchronous belt drive, spur gear drive, bevel gear drive, worm gear drive, and chain drive.
