1.Overview
DLCG-DS130 sensor training system is an innovative and open system with wide application, wide directness, flexible mode, modular structure and full use of sensor components for industrial and agricultural production. Various commonly used regulated power supplies are available on the tester. The sensor includes a photoelectric sensor, a capacitance sensor, an inductance sensor, an electromagnetic sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, etc.
2.Main configuration
(1)All the hanging box and various types of sensors using quick change connector, easy installation and reliable. Can be mounted on the industrial aluminum profile without tools and nuts .base plate is industrial aluminum profile structure, with 25mm groove space which can ensure sensors training components installed on any place.
(2) The training system contains a detection object box, which have various types of sensor detection media (including photoelectric, magnetic, capacitor, inductance, ultrasonic, Hall, eddy current etc sensors detection media)
(3)The training system includes position slide rail, which can measure the detection distance of various sensors, and sensor angle’s influence on sensor detection distance.
(4)The training system is equipped with measuring ruler, for applying to data measuring of sensors with long sensing distance.
(5)Supporting training hanging box contains bridge amplifier, relay module, indication buzzer module, motor drive module, counter module, analog quantity module, rotating unit, shaft drive unit, power supply module etc students can combine the training module with sensor to simulate the actual production model in industrial field. Enable students to master sensor system applications through these actual model.
(6)The sensor includes: optical fiber sensor, electromagnetic induction sensor, photoelectric sensor, capacitance sensor, inductance sensor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor and controller, power supply module, motor drive module, host PC module etc.
(7) All sensors of the training system are actual sensors in industrial field ,make the industrial site into training room ,enable students operate the sensors in training room same as in industrial site.
(8) The training system provides host computer software, communicate with computer through host computer module hanging box, sensor signals is collected by hardware ,real-time on the screen in digital quantity type and analog type ,give user a more intuitive understanding.
