Details introduction

Equipment Overview

DLDS-1190 Robot training System is centered around Kuka six-axis industrial robot and a Siemens S7-1200 PLC. It is further comprised of an industrial smart camera vision system (2D), a basic operation assessment module, and various task units—including those for automated machining, machining and welding, and digital keypad assembly. This platform enables students to master skills such as industrial robot operation, debugging, and vision system applications, as well as PLC principles, PLC programming, sensor technology, and network communication techniques. It facilitates practical training and assessment in skills closely aligned with real-world industrial applications—including robot tool coordinate calibration; trajectory programming and operation for both planar and curved surfaces; assembly; material handling; palletizing; grinding; simulated machining; simulated welding; and industrial vision-based sorting and inspection. Furthermore, the platform supports skills assessment in robot offline programming and simulation.
