DLIR-IDC01 Intelligent Detection and Control Technology Application System

Details Introduction

Equipment Overview

DLIR-IDC01 Intelligent Detection and Control Technology Application System comprises a basic platform, an intelligent control unit, an intelligent water circulation cooling unit, and an intelligent detection and transportation unit. This system is a physical simulation of an industrial process, integrating automation instrumentation, computer technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, and process detection and control technology into a multi-functional experimental device. The intelligent water circulation cooling unit includes thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level, enabling system parameter identification, single-loop control, cascade control, and other control methods. The intelligent detection and transportation system consists of a rotary feeding device, a feeding conveyor belt module, a main transmission module, a lifting and handling device, a visual weighing and detection device, a filling module, a pushing module, and a material storage unit. It completes the separation, detection, transportation, handling, and warehousing of materials. The system also includes an equipment health management unit, which provides real-time, accurate, and comprehensive equipment health information to equipment managers by monitoring the equipment's operating status in real time, collecting equipment data, and analyzing the equipment's health status. This helps them promptly identify equipment faults and potential hazards, enabling preventative and maintenance measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

This training system fully meets the practical training needs of majors such as Automation, Electrical Engineering and its Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments, and Mechatronics Engineering for courses including "PLC Principles and Applications," "PLC Application Course Design," "Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Technology," "Process Detection and Control Technology Applications," "Automatic Control Principles," "Process Control," "Automation Instrumentation," "Automatic Detection Technology and Sensors," "Computer Control," and "DCS Distributed Control." The device can conduct verification and design-oriented experimental training as well as provide comprehensive training, fully meeting the practical training requirements at different levels. Utilizing standard industrial automation instruments and flexible process equipment, the device possesses openness, compatibility, and upgradeability.
