Sino-German Dolang Group Joins Hands with Cambodian Department of Vocational Education and Training to Implement Five-Year Cooperation Plan
Recently, to ensure the smooth implementation of the five-year cooperation plan (2025-2030) signed between the Sino-German Dolang Group and the Cambodian Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, a special meeting was convened at the Department of Vocational Education and Training in Cambodia. During the meeting, the delegation from the Sino-German Dolang Group and the Cambodian Department of Vocational Education and Training engaged in comprehensive and in-depth discussions on the specific details of the cooperation plan, making every effort to bring the plan to fruition.
During the meeting, HING Sideth, the Director-General, emphasized the high importance placed on this cooperation. He clearly stated that Cambodia will promptly establish a dedicated team to ensure that every measure in the cooperation plan is effectively and efficiently implemented, truly transforming the cooperative blueprint into significant outcomes for improving the quality of vocational education in Cambodia.
Chairman Jiang Zuodong remarked that vocational education cooperation is not merely a transfer of technology, but a shared coexistence of civilizational wisdom. Through this cooperation, the Sino-German Dolang Group is willing to grow into a tree of integrated technological and cultural exchanges along the Belt and Road, demonstrating the responsibility of Chinese enterprises.
According to the five-year cooperation plan, the two sides will focus on the following areas of cooperation:
1. Promoting Economic Diversification: Focus on digital and intelligent technology fields such as robotics, intelligent manufacturing, industrial internet, and artificial intelligence (AI). Conduct China-Cambodia industrial capacity cooperation, prioritizing the transformation and upgrading of key industrial and economic sectors in Cambodia.
2. Building International Exchange Platforms: Establish a vocational education alliance, hold high-level forums and exchange meetings, and promote the "China-Cambodia Cultural Exchange and Skills Ambassador" project.
3. Advancing Standardization System Construction: Jointly build the Cambodian Standardization Committee and the Cambodia-China Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Research Institute. Develop the first batch of 26 TVET standards, conduct skills training and talent evaluation, promote mutual recognition of vocational qualification standards between Cambodia and China, and implement a "Skills Passport."
4. Enhancing Skill Development: Based on the "Dolang Innovation—Productive Learning Factory" talent cultivation model, jointly build the "Dolang Innovation" International Industry-Talent College, create a Belt and Road skills dream-building base, and hold China-Cambodia Skills Friendship Competitions.
The Sino-German Dolang Group will seize this cooperation as an opportunity, guided by industrial capacity development, using technical cooperation as a vehicle, and cultural resonance as a bond. Through three phases of "standard mutual recognition—industrial synergy—ecosystem co-construction," it will establish a China-Cambodia technical and vocational education exchange platform. This will strongly support the "Chinese Language + Technical and Vocational Skills + Cambodian Industrial Capacity" cooperation and operation model, cultivate technical and vocational talents with an international vision for countries along the Belt and Road, and form a virtuous cycle of "technology export—talent cultivation—industrial feedback." This will effectively promote the global layout and high-quality development of Chinese industries.
