From May 9 to 15, 2025, the national-level vocational education training base program—"Intelligent Industry Leadership" Industrial Internet Education Skills Advancement and Practice Training—jointly organized by Tianjin University of Technology and Education and Zhongde Liangliang, was successfully held at the Zhongde Liangliang & Nobel Science and Technology Industrial Park. Key faculty members from vocational colleges nationwide gathered in Jinan's Spring City for a seven-day immersive program to explore new pathways for cultivating industrial internet talent.

Ethics and Professional Development
Renowned experts in vocational education delivered lectures on industry trends and professional ethics. Sessions also analyzed the integration of competitions into teaching, resource conversion, and implementation strategies for post-competition applications in industrial internet programs, aligned with the 2025 WorldSkills Competition's new format.
Technical Skill Advancement
Focusing on core areas of industrial internet, the program combined theoretical instruction with hands-on practice in network integration, data acquisition, and cloud platform applications for comprehensive, project-based training.
Deep Industry-Education Collaboration
Participants visited Zhongde Liangliang's industrial internet production facilities to observe real-world platform applications, engage in case studies on industrial-academy collaboration, and gain insights into corporate operational needs, enhancing their understanding of industry-education integration.
Training Equipment: DLDS-532 Industrial Network Intelligent Control and Maintenance System
The program stood out for its innovative features. First, it established a collaborative training community involving universities, vocational schools, and enterprises, integrating high-quality resources to bridge education and industry chains, thereby improving talent development outcomes. Second, the curriculum aligned with the Industrial Network Intelligent Control and Maintenance competition framework, adopting phased, modular training tailored to participants’ needs for greater relevance and effectiveness. Third, emphasizing outcome-driven learning, the program ensured theoretical knowledge was translated into practical results, enabling true application of skills.
According to project leader Diao Xiuzhen, the training’s curriculum followed a "Foundational Theory—Core Technology—Scenario Practice" framework, blending theoretical knowledge, platform operations, and real-world enterprise case studies to create a holistic learning system. During assessments, outstanding trainees demonstrated achievements in industrial internet data acquisition and cloud platform applications. Participants widely praised the program for enhancing their capabilities in system integration and instructional implementation through hands-on learning in authentic industrial environments.
With industrial internet now part of China’s national "New Infrastructure" strategy, such high-level training initiatives will drive the digital transformation of vocational education and accelerate the development of a "digital craftsman" talent pipeline. Moving forward, Zhongde Liangliang plans to establish long-term tracking mechanisms and dynamic support systems to assist trainees in advancing their professional development, further elevating the quality of vocational education.
