Dolang Shines at the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition with Embodied Intelligent Robots and Comprehensive Solutions
Dolang Becomes Equipment and Facility Support Unit
On September 13, Dolang officially signed as an Equipment and Facility Support Unit for the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The company provides technical support for the Electrical Installation and Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Technology competitions.
Since receiving the task, Dolang has actively followed the Organizing Committee's principle of “high standards and strict requirements,” making “zero-fault operation” the core goal. The company upgraded its “Dolang 4.0” integrated solution, retaining the 1:1 simulation of real production scenarios while innovating AI fault diagnosis and digital twin technologies. This ensures precise alignment with competition requirements and future industrial development, reinforcing professional technical support for the event.
The 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition Officially Opens
On September 19, the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition, hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and organized by the Henan Provincial Government, officially opened in Zhengzhou. With the theme “Skills Illuminate the Future,” the event gathered 3,420 participants from 35 delegations competing in 106 projects. It is the largest, most comprehensive, and highest-standard national vocational skills competition in China.
State Councilor Shen Yiqin attended and declared the opening. Minister Wang Xiaoping delivered the opening speech, Henan Party Secretary Liu Ning extended a welcome, and Henan Governor Wang Kai presided over the ceremony. Leaders from central departments, relevant industry associations, and group organizations also attended.
This year, the competition continued the integrated “Competition-Exhibition-Performance” model. Dolang showcased its embodied intelligent robots and professional solutions at the Electrical Installation competition booth (E5-B03) and the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Technology booth (W2-A01), attracting widespread attention.
Dolang Presents Embodied Intelligent Robot Solutions
As a technical support unit, Dolang displayed its embodied intelligent robots and professional solutions at the competition and supporting exhibition, demonstrating achievements in robotics R&D, industry-education integration, and industrial applications. The solution features six core training modules, forming an integrated “Teaching-R&D-Application” ecosystem to support robotics talent development and technological innovation:
1. Embodied Robot Assembly and Maintenance Lab
Enhances students’ understanding of robot structure, electrical components, assembly, calibration, and debugging, cultivating professionals with strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills.
2. Embodied Multi-Modal Perception and Training Lab
Combines various intelligent sensors, providing an environment for perception, interaction, data collection, and end-to-end model training and inference verification.
3. Embodied Bionic Motion Lab
Offers a full chain of “algorithm development – simulation – real-machine deployment” for reinforcement learning and motion control, supporting sim2sim and sim2real validation and optimizing motion skills.
4. Embodied Spatial Perception Lab
Equipped with sensor fusion, algorithm frameworks, simulation, and hardware test platforms, enabling students to master localization, mapping, navigation, and obstacle avoidance techniques.
5. Embodied Application Lab
Through multi-scenario projects, students learn robot configuration, collaborative interaction, autonomous navigation, and application optimization, building independent development and customization capabilities.
6. Humanoid Robot Training Ground
Multi-scenario data collection provides a foundation for algorithm training, behavior optimization, and functional enhancement, driving continuous upgrades in embodied intelligence technology.
