Lion Dance Marks the New Year, Igniting a New Beginning for 2026
On February 24th, the 2025 Annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony of Dolang was grandly held at the Dolang & Nobel Technology Industrial Park. The theme of the ceremony was “Project Enhancement,” and through honoring the outstanding, making strategic deployments, the company sounded the clarion call for the “Project Empowerment Year” in 2026.
The event began with a traditional lion dance and eye-dotting ceremony, symbolizing “breaking the pattern, awakening wisdom, and invigorating the development of the new year.” Chairman Jiang Zuodong and Party Secretary & General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, Wang Liangliang, jointly performed the eye-dotting, injecting vigor and vitality into the company’s progress in the new year.
During the recognition segment, the company proudly acknowledged individuals and teams who made significant contributions across various fronts in 2025. Multiple prestigious awards were presented, including "Business Services," "Skill Excellence," "New Product Revenue," "Craft Innovation," and "Outstanding Commercial Engineers," covering the entire business chain from management, technical R&D, to market services. Additionally, special awards, such as “Loyal Heart” and “Together as One,” were presented to employees who had completed 20 and 10 years of service, respectively.
In his summary speech, Chairman Jiang Zuodong emphasized, “2025 faced dual challenges—external market pressures and internal technological breakthroughs. Dolang adhered to its original aspirations, driving its growth through the dual engines of 'Industry + Education.' Significant achievements were made in areas such as party leadership, technological breakthroughs, and international cooperation. In particular, we achieved full autonomy and control in the field of embodied intelligence, while also taking significant steps in international expansion."
He further stated, “2026 marks the beginning of the ‘15th Five-Year Plan’ and is also our ‘Project Empowerment Year.’ This year, we will leverage the achievements of 2025, take 'Project Empowerment' as our key focus, invest in our people, lead with an advanced corporate culture, use our corporate university as a platform, drive momentum with AI, and break new ground in the embodied intelligence industry. Let’s gather our strength, shoulder our mission, and fight for the future by enhancing operations through projects and winning through hard work.”
The ceremony concluded with a collective pledge, creating a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. The event not only celebrated the accomplishments of Dolang in 2025 but also served as a rallying call for the new journey of project empowerment in 2026. All employees of Dolang will take the advanced as role models, focusing on the full lifecycle of projects, fully enabling resources, talent, technology, mechanisms, and policies to empower the projects and drive them forward.
