Details Introduction

Overview

The Electric Vehicle Drive Motor and Controller System Training Platform is centered around the original new energy vehicle drive motor and its control system, complemented by a motor controller, power supply system, and fault setting system. While enabling disassembly and assembly of the drive motor and reducer, as well as the drive motor assembly and reducer assembly, meantime, the Electric car teaching platform also demonstrates the operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor through the electronic control system and DC power supply, including operational testing of ignition, gear position, acceleration, and braking. The fault setting system also allows for instruction on the principles of drive control system fault setting and data testing. Overall, the automotive technical training platform facilitates the assembly, adjustment, maintenance, teaching, and assessment of new energy vehicle electric drive assemblies. The EV Training Platform cultivates students' abilities in electric drive assembly disassembly and assembly, inspection and repair, and insulation test etc.

Configuration

This Automotive teaching platform mainly consists of a metal platform for the assembly and maintenance of the electric drive assembly, a drive motor, a drive motor assembly machine, a reducer, a reducer flip mechanism, a permanent magnet synchronous motor controller, a high-end computer host and monitor, a fault box, a reducer housing tooling, a reducer gear set tooling, a high-precision measurement platform, a fault setting, a DC power supply, a desktop switch, and a drive motor controller host computer system (software).

Training bench function feature

The EV engineer training platform mainly consists of six functional areas: motor assembly area, fault detection area, parts storage area, dynamic test area, reducer assembly area, and tool storage area. The main body of the platform adopts an integral structural design. The main shell is made of cold-rolled plate with a thickness of ≥1.5mm. It is strictly processed according to the sheet metal processing process, pickling, plastic spraying, and silk screen printing. The car teaching model main frame is welded steel structure, and the surface is treated with anti-static spraying process. The automotive training system components are laser cut and CNC machined structural parts, and are equipped with universal silent casters with locking function. (1) Motor assembly area The motor assembly area should be composed of motor assembly machine, drive motor, motor controller, reducer, reducer turning mechanism, hand wheel and other components. the automotive teaching platform can be used for drive motor assembly disassembly, maintenance, and debugging operations, and reducer assembly, maintenance, and measurement operations. The drive motor should be the original drive motor for new energy vehicles. The EV training equipment should primarily consist of a rotor assembly, stator assembly, three-phase adapter plate, three-phase terminal blocks, rear end cover, temperature sensor, and resolver sensor. The EV training system should be paired with an assembly machine capable of meeting user requirements for drive motor disassembly, assembly, and debugging.
