Overview

DLQC-XNY05 Pure Electric Vehicle Charging System Training Platform is composed of a new national standard 7KW AC cabinet-type charging pile and a dedicated charging pile test load box. Specifically developed for training charging pile assembly, debugging, and after-sales maintenance technicians, the charging pile features repeatable disassembly and reassembly capabilities. All components enable rapid positioning, assembly, and debugging. Simple operation and high efficiency. When used in conjunction with the charging load device, the system provides charging testing capabilities, automatically verifying assembly accuracy and conducting effective performance testing. The charging station's base is reinforced for enhanced stability. Through assembly and debugging practice, trainees master the connection and control relationships between core components of AC charging stations. This training cultivates students' assembly, debugging, fault analysis, and troubleshooting capabilities for AC charging stations, effectively enhancing their technical proficiency in assembly and debugging. It is suitable for teaching needs in assembly, debugging, and maintenance training for AC charging stations at secondary and higher vocational technical colleges, general education institutions, and training organizations.
