1. The DLQC-XNY02 Hybrid Inverter Teaching Board comprehensively demonstrates the automotive parallel hybrid system. It dynamically simulates the energy flow direction and operational status of the electric motor, engine, and generator across six driving conditions: startup, low-speed operation, normal driving, full-speed operation, deceleration, and parking. This vividly showcases the characteristics and advantages of automotive hybrid systems.
2. The teaching board's panel utilizes 4mm-thick premium aluminum-plastic composite material resistant to corrosion, impact, contamination, fire, and moisture. Its surface undergoes specialized primer coating treatment. The panel features permanently printed, fade-resistant color circuit diagrams and operational principle schematics, finished with a clear protective coating. Students can visually compare the automotive hybrid system's structural schematic with the physical model to comprehend and analyze its operational principles.
3. The panel incorporates an ignition switch, operating mode switch, accelerator pedal, gear position switch, brake switch, tachometer, and ammeter. Dynamic system flow indicators are provided via LEDs. Three simulated motors demonstrate the operational states of the engine, electric motor, and generator.
4. The teaching panel is constructed from 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, manufactured with strict sheet metal processing techniques.
