DLQC-XNY12 Natural Gas Vehicle Engine System Training Platform

The Electric vehicle teaching platform consists of a battery management controller (BMC), 13 battery information collectors (BICs), and a set of power battery sampling lines.

1. The car demonstration board panel is made of 4mm thick, high-grade aluminum-plastic composite panel that is resistant to corrosion, impact, pollution, fire, and moisture, and is primed using a special spray-coated process. The panel features a non-fading color circuit diagram and operating principle diagram. Students can visually compare the natural gas engine system schematic with the actual system to understand and analyze its operating principles.

2. Dynamic simulation demonstrates the oil and gas process flow.

The automotive teaching platform is equipped with an ignition switch, operating mode selector switch, accelerator pedal, a real natural gas controller and control system, a real Jetta King gasoline electronic control system (with real ignition and fuel injection), and oil and gas process lights. LEDs provide dynamic system flow indication, and a simulated motor is included to demonstrate the motor's operating status.
