The Automotive Training platform Utilizes genuine BYD Qin EV (3+3 platform) nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide (NiCoMnO) ternary power batteries; the power battery pack has a total capacity of no less than 408.8V, 130AH (approximately 53 kWh), and consists of 112 series-connected cells. A distributed battery management system is employed, consisting of a battery management controller (BMC), multiple battery information collectors (BICs), and a set of power battery sampling lines. The power battery utilizes night cooling and a PTC heating system for temperature regulation. The program realistically demonstrates the connection and control relationships between the core components of the NiCoMnO ternary power battery pack, as well as installation locations and operating parameters, and high-voltage system safety precautions. It also cultivates students' ability to analyze and troubleshoot NiCoMnO ternary power battery pack faults. Suitable for teaching new energy pure electric vehicle courses and maintenance training at vocational and technical colleges.

Overview

The Electric Vehicle Fault Diagnosis and Detection Training Platform Utilize a genuine BYD EV (3+3 platform) high-voltage three-in-one charging and distribution assembly (including a DC/DC converter, on-board charger (OBC), and high-voltage distribution unit (PDU)) and a three-in-one drive system (drive motor, motor controller, and reducer). The high-voltage power lines and low-voltage control lines are connected to the BYD EV power battery and management system training platform, whose functions and control methods are identical to those of the BYD EV. This Electric Car training bench realistically demonstrates the connection and control relationships between the core components of the BYD EV's high-voltage electronic control system, including their installation locations and operating parameters, as well as safety precautions for the high-voltage system. The automotive training equipment also cultivates students' ability to analyze and troubleshoot the BYD Qin EV's high-voltage electronic control system. This training platform is suitable for teaching new energy pure electric vehicle courses and maintenance training at vocational and technical colleges.
