Details Introduction

Overview

The Hybrid Power System Engine Training and Assessment training platform uses the original Toyota Prius hybrid system, including the engine powertrain, HV power battery pack, battery management unit, inverter assembly (boost converter, DC/DC converter), power control ECU, hybrid drive axle (MG1, MG2 and planetary components), etc. The Automotive training equipment can perform practical operations such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating of the hybrid system and hybrid drive axle, and truly demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the Car hybrid system. The car training model is suitable for teaching the maintenance training of hybrid system at engineering university lab.

Training bench function feature

1. A fully operational hybrid powertrain training system fully demonstrates its components and operating processes. The EV Training system features an original vehicle electronic shift-by-wire assembly, with the current shift lever position confirmed via a shift position indicator. It also includes a smart key entry and start system. A multi-function display shows the power transmission process.

2. The vocation technical training platform panel is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge and a fuel pressure gauge for real-time monitoring of engine operating conditions. A full color circuit schematic is printed on the panel, allowing for intuitive comparison between the schematic and the actual hybrid powertrain system, helping to understand and analyze the control system's operating principles.

3. The car engineering training platform panel is equipped with test terminals for measuring dynamic and static parameters such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals of various sensors, actuators, the engine control unit, the hybrid power unit, and the power control unit.

4. The EV car training platform is equipped with a diagnostic socket that can be connected to a vehicle diagnostic instrument to perform self-diagnostic operations such as fault code reading, fault code clearing, and data stream reading on various electronic control systems.
