1. They support signal measurement and fault setting for the vehicle's battery management system, motor controller, AC charging unit, keyless entry system, body control system, body electrical system, gateway, and door computer.

Overview

This Electric New Energy Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Training Electric is used with new energy practical training teaching vehicles and is developed based on the latest original circuits. The engineering training platform can achieve lossless connection with the vehicle's battery management system, motor controller, AC charging unit, keyless entry system, body control system, body electrical system, gateway, and door computer, and perform original vehicle matching detection and maintenance. The automotive detection box is convenient for teachers from automotive training lab to set faults and students to measure signals online in real time. The detection box has more than 200 fault points and can be set to open circuit, short circuit, virtual connection and other faults. Compound faults can be arbitrarily combined to meet different teaching needs in various engineering colleges and engineering universities.


Training bench function feature

1. The EV Training platform detection box connects to the wiring harness connector that matches the original vehicle plug, meeting the training requirements of vehicle-wide teaching and practical training assessments.

2. The back of the automotive training platform detection box houses the mechanical fault setting terminal, featuring a concealed mechanical fault setting system. U-shaped connectors allow for fault settings for open circuit, short circuit, incidental fault, poor contact, and CAN line reverse connection. This effectively simulates various system fault phenomena, improving students' fault diagnosis skills and effectively protecting equipment efficiency. 

3. The front of the test box of EV training model is designed for students from different engineer training lab to measure voltage, current, resistance, frequency, waveform signals, and more directly on the panel using a multimeter or oscilloscope.

4. The EV test box utilizes an aviation plug design for quick, non-destructive connection to the vehicle. By replacing the matching wiring harness and test panel, fault detection, testing, and troubleshooting can be performed on different parts of the vehicle and modules. This avoids line loss caused by repeated measurements, and the test terminals are fully compatible with the relevant test instruments and junction box terminals.
