Equipment Overview

Water Chiller training device uses a vapor compression refrigeration cycle system and is equipped with real refrigeration system components such as a fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, air-cooled condenser, shell and tube evaporator, and throttling device. It is also equipped with measuring instruments such as an intelligent temperature regulator, high-pressure meter, low-pressure meter, voltmeter, ammeter, and high and low-pressure controllers. It can not only provide refrigeration electrical training, but also conduct demonstration training on the basic principles of the refrigeration cycle. It is suitable for teaching and training related courses in the refrigeration major in vocational colleges. In addition, the device also includes a fault simulation and diagnosis system, allowing students to learn how to identify and eliminate common problems that may arise in actual operation, enhancing their practical operation ability and troubleshooting skills.
